I suppose so. I mean, your story was pretty sad when you told me your phone stopped ringing. :(

If she says no, ask her again with 1 US dollar in your hand. Then we will know..

You guys are probably right, I have no idea how it is over seas. I just know that in trying with her family to talk the person I know out of doing what she's doing, it always comes back to "YOU don't make as much money as I do - I want the money. It's worth it to deal with it just for one more night." :(

It's horrible that this pretty little girl who has a nursing degree is attracted to money so much that she's willing to sacrifice herself.

Yea the poverty in Thailand is something that a lot of people can't understand unless you go there. A lot is still 3rd world over there. So yes, felt bad bc they get paid shit and it minimizes them as females and as human beings.

So I am going to use some restoleum on my sliders soon and was wondering if people could give me some advice. I got 2 different types and not sure which one to use. I got some self-etching primer to apply before. But the 2 i got are Undercoating with Corrosion resistants, or Truck Bed Coating?

the bed coating has a nicer texture in my opinion. That other stuff is a ruberized coating. a bit smoother than the bed coating. I used the ruberized stuff for my wheel wells and under carriage. My bumpers, grill, and fender flares i hit them with bed coating

I can't speak to the undercoating, but I'm a big fan of the truck bed coating. Hell half my truck is painted with it including my rear axle which I took down to bare metal. It hides blemishes very well too. To date, I don't have a spot of rust on it and I live in the snow 1/3 of the year. A solid primer job is the key.

Thanks. Yeah the main concern I had was that I go skiing and with the salt on the roads and stuff, I just didn't know if the bed liner holds up against the salt.

Mounted lights behind my grill craft today. :woot:
Two Hella 500 Black Magics. They blend in well. Can't see them as easily as the regular 500's I had on my '02 Tacoma back in the day.

But, I took an hour trying to solve this damn driveline vibration It is driving me NUTS. I measured shaft angles and all. I can't figure it out. I added spacers to my Carrier bearing, but still does it. I'm wondering if my carrier bearing is already so shot, that it wouldn't matter if I put spacers or not.

Anyone have any advice? The drone/vibration starts at 25 mph and gets louder/worse as speed increases.

I had steering wheel vibes after I sunk the truck in mud last week cause of the mud on the wheels, for the rear tho possibly a motor isolator.or what's called I seen here as a tranny mount issue

I think the most important part ( I think Jerry will back me up), is taking your time to thoroughly prep the sliders first, this means wiping down with something like acetone to totally de-grease it, I would then rough it with either a sander disc on a grinder or by hand to rough the surface pretty well and evenly and then a thorough job with the self-etching primer

To be honest, painting sliders isn't really a science. Along with skids, they are the things that will be repainted over and over again after wheeling. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I say rattle can it and call it a day

Does anyone want to buy my iPad 4, 32gb. It's less than a year old and works perfect, just don't need it anymore bc my new job is giving me one. Retails for $599+tax, selling for $475
