    Me too!
They never found the two guys. There was a Good Samaritan that saw the whole thing. Young kid in a lowered civic. Despite that he chased them in his car through a field till they hopped a fence then came back and did what he could to help me till authorities showed up. That awkward moment when a total stranger is holding your foot steady to keep it from falling off! Quite the scene too. CHP, Sheriff, fire department and the hottest damn EMT I've ever met. She turned the siren on for me when I batted my eyes.

Any idea of the Odds of selling stock 08 tacoma alloy wheels with new stock size tires? Is that a decent selling item on here? (6lug wheels)

Wow that kid was a hero! He risked himself for you! And he stayed there when you were hurt and scared...nothing like feeling alone when a tragedy strikes. Did you ever talk to him again?

I wish. Seriously if nothing else than to shake his hand. I was obviously kind of out of it during the incident. But I never saw or heard from him again after they strapped me to the LSB and put me in the wambulance.
I was 19 at the time, he couldn't have been older than 18. I figured for sure he would have had a statement in the police report but nada. Just one of those pay it forward kind of things I keep in the back of my mind.

    I agree with you x100

Still with all the commuting and shit i do i see enough people not pay attention to motorcycle riders to still make me nervous.
Combine that with my reluctance to subject myself to torture (the DMV) i might just stick to dirtbike riding for awhile.
Ive been wanting to do it for awhile anyways.

Yes Jason, pass it on. It would be nice to be able to thank him though. I hope he feels it in his heart how much you are grateful. I certainly do.

I agree it's good, but I actually prefer Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point Brewery. Plus you can find it anywhere. Haven't had the Younger yet though.

It's a tough one. All three are rated similarly so it comes down more to personal taste.

Fuse Block installed! I got bored today after work, had been wanting to do this for a while. I went to West Marine for some other stuff and noticed they had all the fuse blocks/wiring/etc needed.. I splurged and spent a solid 4 hours rewiring everything I have in/on the truck. Feels great to have it all cleaned up nice and safer. No more ghetto rigging 6 different things with add-a-line fuse's in the dash. Next is some nice wire looming to tidy it up more.

I will re-install this on a metal bracket I plan on buying, I just did this to get it done and tested that everything will work how I want. Since the fuse box cover now has holes in it, I guess this give me a reason to buy a sweet looking TRD cover when the times comes :D

Also, here's a pic of the Hella 500 Black Magic's I installed over the weekend. So happy with them. Since they are tinted black, you can barely see them when they are off. Goes great with my black grillcraft.
