it definitely should have happened before now. Thankfully im not in Sacramento county so it wont effect me and my side business of Detailing. I do feel bad for the people who rely on the water usage for working.

yeah those were the ones you were selling to Mikey before he moved right? I was next in line, but last I heard he bought them. Then when I saw Greg back in Sept. he was like, "Hey look what I bought from Jay for cheap!"
