Meh, I've thought about that and it's about $3 more per tank to fill up with 91 (usually put 15 gallons in and 91 is 20 cents more). I fill up about 1/week so around 75-100 fill ups a year. That's only $225-300 a year extra. Not very much considering people slap $300+ light bars on their trucks all the time but only use them 10 times a year. I'll take the instant hp any day.

Haha it's not the gas but the upgrades that get you. 6th injector, 7th injector, meth/water and so on just add to the bill. Those really start to add up.

Anybody have a 1st gen (tan) supercharger installed on their truck? I have some questions regarding the necessary hoses and how they are routed.

Yeah but he is special and has the 2nd gen...haha. They have some similarities, but also some differences that I can't figure out. Thanks for the help though.

It's basically the same hose-wise. Only thing that is different is where the boost port. You can see the differences here:

Thanks Jason, I saw that one before and it definitely helps. Now to figure out the hose sizes, but they are probably the same as the 2nd gen. Hoping to have it installed by this weekend.

BTW, did you use a new manifold gasket when you installed your sc?

Yeah, I'm on 30's right now and I still hate the power the 3.4 has stock.
