Uh-oh, somehow my post summoned Brett! Haha. What's up, man?! Sorry for not ever making my way back up there. Got busy doing school and other "life" things. I hope you, Jenny and Rachel are doing well! Does Jenny still have the white Tacoma? Shoot, does Rachel have her own Tacoma yet?

You guys should come down the next time there's a mod day at BAMF. Mostly off road rigs, but you could tempt the guys to go to the "dark side." :D. I'll shoot you a PM to see if we can't get together sometime soon. ;)

Anyone know what this plug is for? It goes into the back of my power steering pump and is severely corroded. The coknectipn on the pump has only one prong left.

Is it the oil pressure switch mentioned in this diagram? I got the image from the power steering pump removal guide from a generic automotive database my school has.

Oh it sounds phenomenal! I have it hooked up to a HD750/1 JL Amp. I haven't pushed it that hard because I need to break it in, but it sounds awesome so far.

Picked up some similar aluminum channel at Cardo in Sac yesterday. Super nice guy. Took one look at the pieces and said that I'd only be able to get them from the manufacturer because they're specially made. So I went out and tried to look up any gemtop person on my phone but couldn't find anyone local so I ended up calling someone in Oregon who transferred me to someone in Texas who said that they'd call me back...well the whole 8 foot length of "similar but not quite the same" channel was only $14 so I went ahead and bought it. He was nice enough to cut the piece in half so it fit in the bed of my truck and he took off tax for me, too, so it was $14 even. Really great experience, I highly recommend them!

Sooo now I need to cut and bend four pieces of aluminum channeling...anyone wanna help for beer or moneys? I think bending it involves cutting a slot, bending it to the right degree, then welding it back in place.

Hey I just picked up a WWII Japanese rifle from my late grandfather, and I am interested in restoring it. Does anyone know of some good shops that specialize in such a thing?

Don't those types of things hold more value unrestored?
