The Camburgs are SAW's I believe, but changed a little bit different. I can't remember the differences though.

Sounds like a solid first plan, but the second one sucks...:D

I'm sure you can find some LC coils pretty easily. What amount of wraps?

What prices do you think machine shops will charge to press in/out 8 bearings? I'm really tempted to pick up a harbor freight press so I can do my sc rebuild at home. Figure it's $100 with coupon for a 12 ton press and if a shop is going to be that expensive I may as well just buy one.

Depends, so will charge you the hourly rate, around $100, some will give you deal since it's a short job, especially if you pay cash. Might as well just buy one, they're cheap and very useful. We have a press at work I can do it for you on but I'm up in SF.

I'm probably going to wait till tomorrow and make some calls. The 20% off coupons always pop up and it's only a $7 difference. I'd be down to head up to SF if you'd be willing to help one weekend. I've never used a press before and SF isn't really far at all.

Yeah we could do it some weekend. Now that I think about it I'd have to ask my boss if he would be cool with someone else coming in, I doubt he would have a problem, otherwise I could do it but don't wanna fuck up yo shit:eek: There's a 25% one on till midnight. They really are helpful to have though.

Robert I'd just buy a press. It's cheap with the coupon and they're pretty simple to use. You can use it for a whole lot of other shit too

Yeah, Toyota dropped the ball with drum brakes. My 94 pathfinder was 4 wheel disc... But its done now that's all I care about, as long as it doesn't leak again...

Oh sent out my icons today for rebuild, should have them back Monday and started wiring my rock lights today (because I couldn't turn down $25 rock lights).

Jeez in how many miles?! I'm still pretty worried I didn't seat it right. I just hope it makes it through the summer then in fall I'll rebuild the whole rear when I put in gears.

Last one went out at 90k. I'm at 130k now. First time it went out I hit a blowout tire in the road on a long trip. Second time I forget, and third time was after hitting a bad pothole or something on another long trip.
