I've actually reported a couple times on the drought, Petaluma has a complaint/snitch thing online. All of the complaints I have made were directed towards city water usage itself, overwatering, excessive runoff, etc... when I'm working at 3am and they are watering there is constantly broken sprinklers and pipes in the center dividers and sidewalks. I'm not one to use this type of thing but, if your going to raise awareness so much atleast lead by example.

 

This comes up on a regular basis. The news goes to report, shows water seeping out of some hole, and the city says "oh. All water systems leak and we'll eventually get to fixing it. We don't have the man power...". Never mind the neighbors have been calling for a month to get the problem fixed and only called the news out of desperation.

 

I'm interested as this is what I'm looking for. But (always a but), I'm leaving on vacation and won't be back until the 12th. If they're still available I can pick up in Tahoe on the 18th. (I see you're from Tahoe)

Yeah, read that too... we shall see how that works out. In Petaluma, unbeknownst to most everyone, BB guns and airsoft guns are actually illegal to be used or seen (forgot which one it was) in city limits.
