Are those heavier rated springs for bumpers and winches? Where did you order the set from? They look awesome.

yeah 700lb coils. I ordered them from Rebel Off Road bc I won a gift card from them.

Fair enough, but once you do, you're going to be amazed when you hold your old steel in one hand and the synthetic in the other.

By contrast, my 4 cyl reg cab finally doesn't feel "oversprung" with 585lb 885s now that it has skids, bumper, and winch. (to be fair, the cbi "dakar" bumper "only" weighs 90lbs and my winch has synthetic cable and synthetic cable with aluminum hawse)

 

especially if you add in the aluminum hawse vs the steel rollers.

 

Oh yeah for sure. It's on the list, whenever I can get to it haha

haha nope! Not yet at least. This electrical upgrade ended up costing more than I thought.
