My body hurts looking on CL for Nissan s13 240sx'.
Every single one is so hacked apart and/wrecked and people want 3k for them.

I wish I had mine too.

The cleanest Hard top '93 chuki base model w/o a sunroof. Sooooo rare.

    A minivan destroyed it..

    :(
Well atleast a minivan took it out rather than someone trying to build a drift missile.
Honestly it might be cheaper for me to buy a rolling shell for less than 1k and a KA for 500 bucks and a 5 spd.
    I figure i could come out with a running 240sx for 3k.

My fox bumps are the same way, they look like total crap after a couple years? if I even had them that long.

What has been your experience with buying and then selling a car shortly after, basically to flip? Do you register it and deal with all of that process then sell it a month later? I'm possibly thinking of picking up a good deal on a 4runner, but don't need a second, so I would sell it for a profit.

dont register it, sell it before the days are up and hope DMV wont notice if you do.

My friend does this for crazy side cash.

Looks like it is 10 days to register. I would need to fix up the 4runner, but it shouldn't take long. I actually want to keep it and use it as a wheeler of just DD. Need to talk with the wife tonight about keeping it.

Unfortunately this practice is illegal in (I believe) every single state. Not only could you face serious fines, but it could potentially land you jail time as well. Title flipping, title floating, whatever you want to call it.
