I don't ship anything USPS. Everything goes through my business UPS account and I haven't had a single issue luckily. Some do, but they're exponentially more common with the USPS. We sent some stuff to mama's sister in Colorado or Nevraska and it was sent in a priority flat rate box with tracking and it got lost for a month. They had no clue where it was. Never again.

I can't get a refund or replacement until the glasses arrive. Floating Dragons. shipped Novemeber, moved twice. I could have driven them there in 3 hours

Screw that. Should be a liability clause at 90 days and you get refunded or replacement of items. If they show up 6 months later then whatever.

I talked to Isaiah on Sunday when I was headed to Twitter in SF. Hoping to drop by his place on Monday or Tuesday when I head to Petaluma. Had a number in my head and I think we are pretty much on the same wavelength. Having a vibe issue in the wheel again so I really need to get it done if I want it done before winter, and get aligned and see about getting this issue squared away.

You'll want to do the Ubolt flip before u do the shock relocate. Ask me how I know :)

Can't really see it all that well in the pic, but the lower shock mounts are really close to the leaf pack, which keeps the shock body tucked in away from the tire at full flex. Without the Ubolt flip the Ubolt plate on the bottom gets in the way of the lower shock mount. Jerry had to plasma cut a fat chunk off my Ubolt plate. Now I has flip kit.

With that flip kit you'll need new bumps, or at least need to find a way to reuse your old ones. Best thing to do is to install flip kit just before getting relocate installed, then measure your up travel and buy appropriate bump stops...

    what's up guys, quick question.

I'm going to check out the lifetime alignment at firestone tomorrow morning. have any of you guys used the firestone off calvine rd by texas roadhouse in elk grove or the firestone on stockton blvd in sac?

just wondering because I'm lifting the FJ on friday and will need it aligned and i really don't feel like hearing the guys at firestone telling me they can't align it even though i have uca's lol.

I'll give you all one big hint I've learned from my firestone expereinces...

    1) If you want the lifetime alignment, do it now while your truck is still semi stock...or at least looks stock. I tried to get a lifetime set up after i had all my stuff installed and glass and they straight up refused.

    2) Always check the work they had done. Had limped over to the firestone for an alignment, with loose lug nuts (Dealer kept stealing my 19mm and I found that out when i got home and noticed a couple loose lugs from my buddies house that had helped install everything), made sure to put that in the notes...picked up my truck about 4 hours later..and first thing I did was walk out and hand test all my lugs...about half on both front wheels were not even hand tight.

    3) Refer to number 2.

Yea I guess. The head mechanic was like "oh my god Im so sorry" I was just like "give me your torque wrench, i got it, i dont have an hour to kill while i wait for you clowns to do it again lol" and he just wordlessly handed me the wrench and nodded. Good times.

The worst part was that the tech report specifically had a note saying "Customer reports loose lug nuts, Check those" and they were still loose.

Oh boy, I have been telling myself ill never do a u bolt flip since it doesn't add that much clearance to justify the price.. What bump stops did you go with? Superbumps? Thanks for the heads up though! Who else makes a ubolt flip besides all pro?

Toytec and most likely anyone else like them that sells suspension components. They really aren't that expensive from what I have seen.
