My wife and I bought our new bed a few months ago from airport appliance. Great prices, shit for customer service. If all you care about is price and have time to waste when they call and reschedule your delivery multiple times(1 hour before agreed upon delivery time requiring taking time away from work) then these guys are for you...

Oh and a Serta iCloud w/ moveable base is worth every penny.

So awesome watching my kid grow up..

"Daddy that car looks like daisy but different.. Is that a Cruiser? And it's right next to a "Heep" daddy...

He is actually starting to spell and sound out words on his own.. He thought the J was an H due to being far away... Hope he doesn't have to wear glasses like me.. It's funny listening to The stuff that comes out of a 5 years olds mouth.

For the 1st gen guys, how do you install coilovers with aftermarket UCA's? I've always used the stock jack upside down on the stock UCA but don't see that working now. Remove the lbj or disconnect the UCA bolt? Stupid question but I haven't had to remove/install mine since the switch.

Take it too 4wheel parts and let them screw it up and get new parts out of it.. I got Currie 9inch front/rear axles with arb last time I had them install anything. AND THE LAST. left a bitter taste in my mouth if I am still bitchin 15 years later.

Thought I'd share how my day ended up pretty sweet. I'm a corporate pilot based in Oakland. I was fortunate enough to fly several of the Warriors owners to Cleveland yesterday, and today we landed back in Oakland just before the rest of the team. Got to high-five he team, see the trophies, and watch Curry hand deliver it to Oakland. It was awesome!image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Next time you need shop work go to Shaffers Offroad in Alameda. They ran a special and regeared my wheeler with Yukons and full overhaul for $500 including labour. I wanted an ARB while the carrier was pulled so I bought it through him (actually about $50 cheaper than I could find online) and he threw it in no extra labour charge. Great guy. Got some awesome race rigs in the shop, plus some built FJs parked outside when I went.

Yes!! I live in Alameda, Shaffers is legit! Welded my sliders and set up my arb diff. Landlord is kicking them out to build houses on the property. Sucks. He's looking for somewhere to move.

Really?? That blows. I can't say I blame the landlord, I had to drive through neighborhoods to find it. That area is changing fast. Hope they find a new shop.

The bay area is undergoing a huge change. There are a lot of places you're just not going to be able find anymore as landlords choose highrise housing recipe.

If you want to blame someone, blame the city councils who approve these kinds of projects-which lead to massive congestion and high rents.

That's dope! Can't wait for the parade on Friday! Growing up in Oakland never thought I would ever experience a Parade in my city! Wow still shocked it finally happened! Almost had a grown man cry like that intervention video with at dude screaming! Haha wife said "are you tearing up? Haha!... - Me "c'mon I'm a man I don't cry!".... But for real I was about too hahaha

As a planner, I can say that (at least in Contra Costa County) general plans have target housing requirements that we must meet by 2020 in our case. People are flooding into California, and we have to make sure there's enough housing for them. As a shameless plug, we have a lot of industrial areas in our jurisdiction protected from big housing projects and promoted for light/heavy industry or commercial
