i am out of ideas. Everything is tight, CV is fine and not binding. Diff fluid is correct. Still vibrates hard under acceleration between 30-40mph only on the new CV side.

Only thing i can think of is maybe the needle bearings inside the diff on that side? I seriously am out of ideas on what it could be.

EDIT: this backs up my idea
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/...differential-bearing-vibration-thread.152173/

    its exactly what im experiencing.

I thought it was the opposite. The vibe should go away when in 4wd.

Could it possibly be a front driveshaft issue?

dont believe so, didnt have that issue previously. I did have some fight with the new CV putting it in. Could easily have f'd up the bearing.

More shit then I ever planned on doing
Man I would be frustrated as hell also. Reading about all of this is making me nervous cuz after installing my Kings and uniball UCA's I started to feel a slight vibe in my feet between 30-40. I was hoping it was just road vibe transferring through the uniball now that there is no longer a upper balljoint. Might be wishful thinking.

ECGS utube video explained all. Have extractor and driver inbound tomorrow. Still need to fix up a seal driver. I do more complicated stuff at work. I just don't have a decent back any more.

Mine started after I increased my lift. Had a front end alignment and discovered shot UCA opposite. More looking the drivers inboard cv wobbles in the diff. CV just does not like this new attitude

well it doesnt help i drove my 4runner with mad CV vibration for about two-three weeks. That could easily have destroyed the bearing as well.
