Well drove down to pick up my boss at the dealership and 15 min into waiting for him my truck died. Just lovely, luckily though I was right next door to a Costco and walked over picked up a new battery. Probably could have gotten a jump and been on my way, but if the battery is dieing 15 min of just the radio on, then it's time to go. Doesn't hurt the boss paid for it either.

I'd be worried about the alternator if it just died while driving. Unless your truck was off.

Truck was off and no battery lights. I'm going to have the alt checked as well but the battery was over 5 years old and it shouldn't die after 15 min of sitting there with the stereo on.

If I was by myself I would have jumped it and gotten it all checked out, but my boss was with me and he had to be back right away. Plus him offering to pay helped seal the deal.

Plz it was so good. Love me a good pan fry. BBQ has its place but nothing like a good flavorful bark on a medium rare ribeye.

Lopes FTMFW. The traffic gods hated me today. Hopped on Lopes right at that Chevron...watched the brake lights turn into fast moving cars....got back on at the exit before Gold hill...just in time for traffic to kick back in and had to sit there for about 15 minutes before I could get back off on Gold Hill.

Lopes road at my hour is stopped because people try to take it to go around the light traffic. Except they're not the only ones with that idea. I usually get off at Lake Herman and cut thru by Jerrys if it's stopped up because I'll sit there for 20 minutes before industrial if I don't.
