i ended up shooting the spindles black. Primer then some bedliner like i used for the sliders and bumper. Taped off all the threaded areas and the hubs. Looks good, now i just need to install them.

I wish the mindless sheep would stop calling every black long rifle an assault rifle? If it does not have select fire it's not an assault rifle. But I guess that little fact would be lost on someone who can't even distinguish a hi-lift jack from a real black scary rifle.

It's a nice car, all original, 46k Og miles not my cup of tea but I've driven it and it's nice a real "drivers" car.

I have the 80 on Craigslist but have had 0 bites. I'm still working on it though, finished the last of the little things in the interior that weren't perfect or made noise, getting the tint fixed on the front windows tomorrow and waiting on Vins wheels. I think some f5s will help it sell, or maybe I'll just keep it, the starter thing could have happened to anyone. But I would trade it for a tundra or Tacoma

I started behind the gun counter last week at work, I've got to tell you it's rather refreshing seeing all the people come in to buy their first gun. Many have no clue where to start and the only reason they want one now is because of all the media craziness. I had a very nice family I dealt with for an hour, I did not push a sale but I encouraged them to do their research, contact friends or family with firearms that they could practice and learn with, and to find out what they really needed. Lots of "home defense" types but they are very open to suggestions and new ideas. Nice to see new people interested in the other side of the propoganda.

That's my 4Runner right now. Been fixing it up to sell and it runs amazing now. Wife's battery died tonight so I'll be driving the 4Runner a bit longer.

I just got in an argument last week when someone posted something about the second amendment applying to muskets and not 13.3 round per second guns

I know, unless I get exactly what I'm asking for it's going to stay... And I hear you on the wedding stuff, tasting food tomorrow 12k for 150 people and all rentals, and we are doing a Vegan wedding so that's not even meat!!! Our venue was only 6k, crazy how much this stuff costs.

I guess all this time I've been reading from the wrong constitution and amendments, I didn't realize the correct ratified version sited, "shall not be infringed up to muskets". In all seriousness I had a similar discussion a few years ago, such a silly argument/logic.

El Dorado Jeepherder's 2nd annual Toys for Tots Snow Run to Uncle Tom's Cabin. Not a huge amount of snow, but a fun time for a great cause. The Toys on the Rocks group went up to Uncle Tom's again this year. First time I've had the Pro in the snow. Was a fun trip, we came out via Ice House Road so had a nice snow run up over Heartless. Really pretty out on Saturday and I hear they got a big dump again today.

I've got my eye on a S&W Shield 40. I want a compact, and the SA XD40 just didnt feel as right in my hand as the shield.

See, thats exactly how/why my wife said F it like 6 months into plannimg and decided we were getting married at a resort in Cancun. Plus, not everyone but our close family and friends could make it so we didnt have to pay for 100+ people. And we stayed for a week, so there was our honeymoon as well (minus the kidneystones I got on the last day, FML)

I love my XD45 full size, but I'm in the market for a Beretta PX4 Storm 9mm. Anyone know a shop that has one in stock? Both bass pros and local gun shops don't have any

This is obviously the same one:

    http://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/fj55-with-built-in-camper-top-on-cl.325433/

I love FJ55's. Two of my good friends in high school occasionally borrowed their parents' FJ55's. I've wanted one ever since. Drop
that thing on an HJ80 frame and running gear... "Her head on her body" situation.

As far as the Flippac goes... They're alright. Posting from my Flippac now while the family sleeps. Camped in Monterey- last of the rains stopped an hour ago. No leaks, thanks to a SLO Sail rainfly, seam sealer, and spray-on waterproofing. 65- 70 degrees inside with the buddy heater pumping. Feeling expo as fuck parked 60 feet from flushing toilets and hot showers. I'll just pretend to be Steve Zissou at the aquarium tomorrow to overcompensate.

@Gply was that you near Alcosta & 680 around 3:30 today? Wasn't sure if it was you, then I saw that huge pinstripe...j/k. Seriously your truck looks great. Love the color and those wheels & tires.
