    I have no idea on local. So I cornered a Snap-On truck and jumped aboard and asked. Fucking goddamn candy van. ANYWAY, he said we can do it, we ship them to some place in Carson City NV to do it. I forget the details, but the testing and shipping combined came in around $60 IIRC. That was like early 2010 I think.
