Third time in my life that I've used a Dremel. First time cutting a non-straight line. Works ok after 2 beers.

Still need to brace the body panel. Once you cut past the bend, which adds some structure, the whole panel is ridiculously flimsy.

Edit: The panel is always flimsy without the brace that attaches to the bed. It was mounted to the rear quarter panel at the section that was cut off.

 

To you? About 10 hour or so...I have to stop at DMZ and pick uo my fiberglass, so shenanigans with Tim will probably ensue for a little bit

In retrospect, 10 hours is from San Diego sitting in evening traffic with the Wife complaining about my speed the whole way. Made it over the grapevine in about 5 hours
