    There's no money if there's no bent frame. In this case, armor wouldn't really have helped.

    If it's any consolation, I'm guessing the other car is totaled (age vs. damage).

    More good news! I found that little Master Lock we lost while taking some pictures. Wedged between the bumper shell and hitch :D

    OK. Here you go.

    The damage is mostly to the right rear of the truck. And the passenger side of the cab.

    You can't really see it but you can feel the dent the bed put in the cab. And it's pretty obvious the right side is closer to the cab than it was.

    This shows you how much farther forward he right side of the bed is now.

    The hitch is definitely borked.

    I use lift bags. At least one of them is borked too.

    The taillight is cracked, the spare is loose. I don't know what else. I do know the body shop says they cannot make a complete estimate until they take the shell and bed off but the number now is near six grand and an estimated 3w to repair it. Maybe longer.
