I remember hearing @BudMan's e brake do the same thing at slick rock. Scared the crap out of us. Must be a manual thing:notsure:

Psh who wants to buy a minivan...haha. Right Sam?

For real, the 4th gens are super comfortable and ride amazing. Can't really go wrong with either engine but I gave the V8 in my tundra and love it. My parents have a v6 03 and it's been an amazing SUV. No problems at all and they've owned it since day 1. I wouldn't hestiate to pick one up.

George's did it too, right after the waterfall, and his brother thought he broke his locker. One tire was dragging for about a foot (front was pulling), then popped and started rolling again. He has an auto. That's when we figured out what the issue with mine was. Everyone thought I broke a CV or front driveshaft. It only happened in 4wd for me. Maybe because 1/2 the power was going to the front? Not sure. Hasn't been an issue since. @Gply

More shit then I ever planned on doing
Mine had done a little earlier up the trail but it didn't pop it just released. But the one your talking about popped pretty loud. Thought for sure I broke something.
But yours was hella loud and did it more then once in the same spot. I'm assuming cuz every time we yelled STOP you just re applied the parking brake as every one of us would've done and that's why it popped every time you tried to go again. Good thing is next time we'll know exactly what that noise was and won't freak out over it. Lol

The first time I thought I snapped some gear teeth for sure. Relieved to realize what it was. But having it stick sucks too. I've stopped using it off road in all but the hairiest of Dont roll back spots. Didn't use e brake at all last slick rock trip

What you do when the wife and 2 older ones are visiting family on the east coast and you find out last minute you have the weekend off to go dove hunting but you have no one to watch the 2yr old. image.jpgimage.jpg

So my weekend is getting more strange...just had a guy knock on our door and apprently he rented our house for the next 5 days...

Some guy on Craigslist rented our place for $900 and the people wire transferred him the money. They drove all the way from Santa Rosa and now don't have a place to stay and out $900. Creepy someone is using our address, but probably because we just bought it and pictures of it are available online. Sucks for the people they had 4 kids with them and were probably stoked to have a house with a pool for the long weekend.

Although this got me thinking and apparently we can rent our house out for $160 a night. Time to help pay for the mortage haha.

Big thanks to @Bentrodder who helped me put my sliders on today. It was an operation that would've made Cal Trans proud, he did 90% of the work and I tried to look like I was doing something...haha.
