Your kinda resting them on a badass hotrod, so they look 10x cooler. My non-resi Fox's 2.5's also have Rock & Road stickers... Greg is a great guy. Thanks for the referral Sam! @LTDSC

Dood! It's all about the dust! "Experts" say most of the heavy dust is low. The snorkel gets the intake high above the dust. On the Plumas trip, I had to tap out my filter twice because I was rolling in @jAndyMendo 's dust. I bet @MJonaGS32 's filter was a lot cleaner than mine.
Also, if you go with bigger tires and remove the fender liners, the intake is really exposed.

    Lastly...EAF.

    Little rant:

My buddies and I (all active duty military) went to SF for a few drinks since we hadn't seen each other in awhile. Bopped around and finally ended up at Murphy's Pub on Kearny. Super chill, several people enjoying some drinks around 11:30/12:00AM. We get talking to a brit expat about politics, some friendly nudging nothing too crazy since we actually shared pretty similar views but then the bartender walks over.

For some reason the topic of Brexit spikes his interests and he comes over and starts grilling us on isolationism. A 5 minute debate ensues after which he hurriedly walks around the bar and comes over to us to tell us we are ejected. When we inquired why he told us we were not welcome anymore, pushing my buddy. We eventually cleared it out enough to get our party outside without any further issue but I was left wondering WTF. Heard us all talk about our service then thinks it's okay to eject us for his personal views. Okay, that's what we signed up to protect but get real dude. Nothing we were doing was harming you.

I guess he told the British expat that he was offended by our anti-gay stance when there was nothing mentioned about sexuality anywhere, more on English/American politics relating to Brexit. I guess the bigger statement was when 75% of the bar left after we did...

The city doesn't seem to be an area for open conversation regardless of how welcoming they may seem to be to outsiders. We had been discussing for 20 minutes before Capt. Save-A-Ho decided to come in. :luvya:Good job dick head, you sure showed us!:jerkoff:

Yes! Greg at Rock and Road was great! I sent an e-mail to get some info and he called me back. Then he called me to let me know he received the shocks and would be starting them soon, then called me once again to let me know they were done and how their invoice works. Super fast, super easy transaction. The last time he called we ended just bullshitting for 20 minutes. Will definitely do business with them again!

My buddy's project build begins with pulling the gas engine out of one and swapping in the diesel out of the other.

That sucks. Ive had a coworker get his bmw forum blocked at a previous job. IT can see what websites are used continuously or more than an average work day allows. They came to him personally to let him know they were taking it off because it was a conflict with work.
Time to get on that smartphone!

So I'm sitting here, still waiting for test results and my wife notices I'm on TW/Expedition/Adventure Portal/Overland Bound etc.

"When you get home why don't you turn your passion into an opportunity" She mentions starting a side company doing something related to it all.

    :stirthepot: Now time to brainstorm.

IT Teams generally do not pro-actively pursue people. They might have a pre-canned report they generate that says a person visits this list of sites with x frequency, and uses y amount of bandwidth, but the chance they do any true analytics against the date is slim. If your friend is burning a lot of bandwidith, then sure, he's making it a bit obvious. But the tools they use, websense, macaffee, palo alto networks, they're easily fooled.

Like if you go to TW, at the bottom of the screen there's a bar for Amazon, plus buttons to go to facebook, instagram and other social media and news advertisements, that's true for any site. You might go to TW, but you're accessing like potentially hundreds of other sights.

And unless they're using these tools as Web Proxies, meaning they make you go through these filters before hitting the internet, there's no way for them to know what's going on through certain sites because TW is TLS encrypted.
