This ^. They under torqued mine and it clunked during hard turns and reversing out of my driveway. Check this first its easy. I just participated in a clunking thread where he replaced a bunch of stuff and ran around in circles before actually checking this and it was his problem Here it is

Yeah so I went to do an oil change on the wifes CRV. She's always gone to wherever she had a coupon for for the last few changes, I told her I would get her oil changed, right up until I saw her coupon for $80 for a synthetic change...I was like...I can do that for way cheaper! Duh! I'd have been doing them the whole time but she never tells me when she needs it and then just goes whenever. So $40 later Ive got everything to do it, get the car lifted up and lo and behold, her fucking drain plug is almost rounded off. Sockets either dont fit at all, or grip for about 5lbs of force before slipping off. Ok fuck, managed to get it off with elbow grease and alot of grunting. But holy hell, can't these oil jockeys learn to get a drain plug on and off with the right tools???

Soooo...did anything drain out of it, and if so, was it actually oil?

 

Hoping to avoid that lol. Just wanna get one more good trip in...

Tailgated with @rob1208 and some buddies Monday night. Thought the truck woulda gotten beat up more on the Rubicon, but it handled well and was able to tailgate no prob. The awning off the back worked like a charm.

 

Yeah, oil came out, but it was pretty bad, the wife let it go for a bit.

 

I'm actually wrong it came from Alaska but I'm sure originated in Canada

Someone posted some great info on that topic not that long ago.

Can't remember who.. seemed like IIRC a 2 piece was best for this truck - but my memory sucks, obviously.
