    Yes. It's good to clear yourself out every once in a while. Every six months or so. Take the whole bottle of it with tons of water and it helps clean you out. If you are having issues this will definitely do it. Just be sure that you are close to a facility because you will need to use it quite often.

    You will find that you will regain your energy and not feel so dragged down. Just don't do it more than every six months. And the bottle of Magnesium Citrate is only about 2 dollars at a grocery store or drug store like Walgreens or CVS. It's safe to do, just be prepared to be close to a facility.
