Was running a little behind this morning leaving the house. Glad I was, I'd rather be stuck in traffic then had to have witnessed this.

    Accident on !80 this morning.

It should not be harder to work there, Lucas. His death should drive you to focus and do your best. He was your boss and although you had a friendship, he would not want you to be disconnected from work. Focus HARDER, and prove to yourself that you will be strong enough to keep on working the way he liked you to work. In your heart you know that he would be proud so keep doing your best.

As for working out, put your emotions into that to be more diligent in your routines. I found myself working out MORE when I lost my mom. I had to have complete control of my body and my mind in order to be focused. This will encourage discipline even more. So keep focused on your work outs and be safe. You will become stronger in more ways than you can ever imagine.

    :)

    ((hugs))

Sorry to hear of your loss Lucas.

The best thing you can do to honor your friend is to work hard and stay focused.

    thanks again.
yeah thats probablly the next step. I was working on getting into the "300 club". I can already squat and deadlift over 300, and my bench is at 285, so im going to use this to focus myself and give myself more drive to bench the 300lbs. (for those who didnt know I work at the gym, and the owner who passed away was very passionate about health.) I know that's what he would want me to do.
    :)

Welp, I saw a bunch of Tacos on the way up to Auburn. Too many to remember all of them.

Did a quick Mall Crawl and checked out the Galleria in Roseville too. Same as what's in San Jose (near home).

Next on my list...dinner and drinking!
