    JK, nothing wrong with the baofeng handheld radios for the price. I have 3.
    The little mobile units give you more power out and a mounted radio if that what you would prefer. Otherwise it's just more money.

    I had a roommate in college who brewed for firestone. It was amazing, he would bring home cases of beer constantly and pony kegs. This was before they really started brewing a ton of different kinds, but after they acquired nectar ales. Nectar IPA is still one of my favorites.
