    I did it and used a drill and just drilled small holes in the shape of the deckplate. It's not pretty at all, but the deckplate covers it up. I'm pretty sure I did the 4" and got it at a local marine store. I can pick one up for you if you want and bring it to Frank Raines.

    If I went back I would have just left the airbox alone as I've kept the deckplate on pretty much the whole time. I'm just not into the loudness in the cab when I accelerate fast. It's cool, but gets played out after a little while.

    Thanks for the info. I'm going see if my dad has a 4" drill bit... Lol. If not i'll just dremel it out. I already found one on eBay. 4" for $13 shipped. But thanks for the offer.

    I don't think I'll mind the noise. Like everything else you just adapt to it.
