haha ask the guys on that trip. That was my only run through the mud pit. the other trucks who went through multiple times..... over heating, broken thermostat, shit starter, ruined alternator. I think like 5 trucks had problems from it.

 

Yeah I read that thread and am definitely going to watch where I go. No mud pits but I'd still like to get the truck dirty! lol

I would go with you to pull you out when you get stuck, but I wont be off till 4. So maybe if your out there till later I might make it. With all the rain, it is just going to be a massive mud pit. Just make sure you look before you leap.

 

I'd definitely be down to go later in the day. So if anyone is interested I'd love to go, but I don't wanna go by myself and get stuck and stranded

 

You'd have to be trying pretty hard to get stranded at p-shitty on a saturday, just bring a strap and someone will be around to give you a tug.

i might show up if i replace my ball joint by then, it'd be a nice way to kick off st. paddy's day.

Getting ready to order my General Grabber AT2. (285/75R16) with the Downsouth Motorsports UCA. Would spacers be a good idea?

There is always people there and you would never get stranded as there is cell coverage. Just bring a recovery strap as mentioned above. One time I went there and got high center on a dirt mound and had a guy push me off with his suburban. Dented my bumper but I learned to always be prepared.
