we have those consoles that you can stand at. I just go walk on the treadmill several times a night. we have a bunch of workout stuff up here in the control center

 

Working in Safety/Ergo and studying Kinesiology in college I agree with sit/stand products.

If you have a adjustable desk you should try a dynamic perching seat.

man i would love that cause i'm a dumpster divin' sumbich!!! one of the favorite things of mine to do is go to the metal scrap dump with my old man when i'm back in kansas.....we always find shit in there we take home. it's a Gold Mine

Yup love it. Got to be a scrap rat to be in my industry . We are pretty big if you ever see any big demos we are there. Bay Area bridge demos and shit.

 

it's actually a 1910 edition, and it's 4' x 3'. biggest topo map i've seen and it's like a hemp paper on canvas.

 

So they pay more to drivers than they pay for scrap?

I look at very similar, albeit much newer, maps all the time.

man i have a shit ton of 1950s US forest service topo maps of california mountains/forests i got at an estate sale a couple years ago. I love em too!
we actually used one of them in oregon on a Sasquatch hunting trip to Mt. Hood Ntl forest.....yes you read that right. I can tell the story if you want lol

I used to run scrap from Rancho to Oakland (Schnitzer) couple yrs ago when I was a O/O before the rates for metal dropped drastically.
