Considering damascus steel is around $150 a pound...good luck.

Is that Leer a 100R? I've been trying to get to the bottom of what their sliding windoor-configuration is for our DCLB.

Yep that is the entry level 100r, with sliding screen windoor. Kick myself in the ass everyday for not getting them on both sides. Probably could have skipped the screen part since the other regular slider with pet screen has one. Was thinking ventilation for the mutt in the rare occasion he rides in back. Very happy with the shell no leaks and fitment is good.

These things are pretty damn detailed. The components are total dog shit but gonna see how the body fits on a Losi mini crawler. I got all excited when it had a full bed on the box. Didn’t even see it as an option. Oh well.

Nice! Yeah its pretty weak and the battery is shit, but my daughter loves it. Now I'm looking for a better one, but trying to decide crawler or speed. I want crawl, daughter wants speed.

Yeah I'm looking at getting a 100RCC with sliding windoors. The used XQ I got looks nice with frameless glass, but the side window mechanics and ventilation are...retarded, and the back door is kinda fragile and fiddly too. I resealed the rear door perimeter gasket, fabbed up little rubber flap gaskets around the lower corners at the tailgate, and fabbed a new gasket and seal for the leaking 3rd brake light...but the door doesn't open very high and has huge hinges hanging down. Overall, not impressed enough to keep it and color match it.

If you want a little of both for a decent price check out the Vaterra Twin Hammers. It crawls pretty well in low gear and mine hauls ass with the help of a Mamba Max and 9.5 sensored brushless.
No, they just sent me a pic to let me know it’s coming.:D

    Flatbed in red.

Probably gonna order a white one now. Give the red to my pops and keep the white. Give it an Ironman vynil treatment.

Got my shipping notification last week, still states ‘Awaiting package’ on FedEx’s site. And Peter, the one with a bed is a different model, unfortunately that model is not out for purchase yet.

Just remember good knives have full Tang. Meaning that they are full metal one piece from blade tip to back end of handle. Won't usually brake that way.
