Could be fuel pressure. Any codes? Battery condition? Have you tried disconnecting battery then holding the two cables together (reset)?

Shoulda bought a Land Rover. Then this would be normal.

Both. Worse when ambient cold. But always when engine cold.
    Sometimes just random as well.
If I drive like a race car runs awsome.
    Neck breaking power.

    Lol.
I wish mine was that simple.
I am sure Jerry has similar or worse problems then me and has tired all of the above. I hope his problems are related to mine and he will find them out. I'm ready sell mine and get something else.

His ass must look good as the neighbors new z71 Colorado D. Looks good, sounds good and has me  that thing is sexy.
As for reliability Toyota is falling short in current market. I'm a toyota fan but look at 3rd gen tacos, 2nd gen tundras, currently all models are not doing well. Lots of problems. So what your argument?:notsure:

Doesn't sound like fuel flow problem if it flies when you romp. Starved at idle when cold? 50 years ago I'd say you had a choke problem.

It's the stupid smog shit as far as research tells me.
It's a bullshit system that CA wont legally let me bypass. I'm going to try to. Bypass it some time soon to see if it works just for science.

    ...too much shit to list.
Christmas tree lights on the dash. Could start it and move an inch at a time. Code reader is in the taco. But after almost getting hit by a car with the hood popped trying to figure out what was wrong, I walked away.
Fuck the truck. Wasn’t worth it for me.

I had a similar issue when my dog chewed through the brake light wiring on my shell. He blew 6 fuses. 5th day I owned it. It took me awhile to figure it out. Transmission wouldn’t shift out of park for the 5 seconds it would start. Good luck and glad you stayed safe in that scenario.

At the local Taco watering hole this morning at around o’ dark thirty. As I was exiting the truck, readying for the $100+ fill-up, some dude walks by and asks if I’m going to “that Tacoma World rally this weekend?” I mentioned Tepui Fest and that I won’t be in attendance as I don’t own any of their products and other plans, etc. I ask him how he knows about TacomaWorld(he was driving a contractor special Silverado), he Says he knows George. Then asks me if I was rockin a “Phil Camper?”. Fuck yeah was my response. “He and a few other fellas make em right down the road.” Who the fuck was that dude, @Gply? I think he said he worked with you or something. Also, righteous dude.
