My wife and I are not "Facebook Friends". I've got nothing to hide, though, as her sister is a "Facebook Friend" of mine. A lot of my wife friends have a hard time with my Conservative values.

It wasn't me. I was getting the truck ready for Hollister for Sunday and training new employees. I wish was going toward Truckee though :D

Cryo treating? There are quite a few different angles people take on how to improve their ring and pinions. Over in the groupbuy section you can find Nitro Gears on a good discount with the option of the REM polishing.

Otherwise, driveline specialists in San Jose area is a good place to start asking questions.

I got my gears cryo'd(actually my truck's gears, not mine) from Garner Heat Treat in Oakland. If you choose to go there, talk to the owner only, not any of the employees. He seems very knowledgeable or another option is Cryogenics International in AZ. Some other folks on TW has used them and said good things about them. For setting up gears, I went with Rearend Specialties in Santa Clara. I took out the 3rd members and charged $250 per member and additional $100 for installing front locker. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I still think if someone is willing to take out the 3rd's and put in little bit of time, ECGS is the way to go. Biggest reason being is the warranty. 5 yr warranty you can't beat that. If you buy the gears on groupbuy and have someone else install them like I did, there is no warranty. That is what Rearend Specialties told me, no warranty.

sweet, then @K_Sandhu will be real experienced when he does mine after. haha. i have been debating just ordering some 3rds from ECGS or just taking the truck to a shop and let them do it all. some 4.88s, air lockers, and 35s would be nice ... one day.
