Didn't say to use a whisk.
And I personally can't handle 'wet' scrambled eggs :puke:but props to Chef Ramsay, cooked a few killer meals using his recipes.

So bummed. After Saturdays leaf spring swap, and my lack of rounded u bolts, I ordered the bolts through Wheelers, where I purchased the ones I had before. Did that Saturday night or Sunday morning. Can't remember. I got a tracking number on Tuesday. Tuesday? They couldn't process my order, and ship on Monday? Sheesh. Then it's going US Postal Service. Might be here by 8 pm tomorrow. All the way from Grants Pass, Oregon. I could have driven up there and back in one day, FFS. And all because it didn't occur to me to tell Deavers I had the flip kit. Son of a biscuit.

i am extremely impatient when it comes to shipping and i mainly blame Amazon Prime. But in my honest opinion if the item is in stock, there is no reason it shouldnt be processed the following business day and out the door.

I ordered products from an online store i wont recommend and it took them a week to process my order and ship it. A WEEK.

Right. Ramseys eggs looked very sloppy. Almost like a porridge. I'm sure they taste great, but I'm with you. Could used another minute of heat for my liking.

Watching some of Ramseys cooking walkthroughs has definitely stepped up my cooking game. pan cooking steaks come out great these days.

I agree on the eggs, they looked way to runny

Right, whisk as a verb doesn't mean to use a whisk as it turns out.

I like them slightly glossy, not wet...I agree, that's kinda gross.

    Proper doneness can be subjective.

It's funny you make that comment and use a photo of Gordon Ramsay...
The eggs were actually made in the Gordon Ramsay fashion, shown on Hot Ones:

Already paid Wheelers. They are supposed to be here tomorrow, by 8 pm. As if anyone is around the shop then. So, Friday, I should have them. And on the truck that evening. Provided I'm not totally screwed here at work, as I just now got a call from the boss saying one of our primary work boats has sprung a leak, and is taking on water. This could completely screw me over for the next week. Was planning on attending the Taco taco meet in Santa Rosa Saturday. Was going to give my old leafs to Whitebutler.

The best episode. The part where he talks about the food critics is great.

Ha! I feel ya. Drifter would be pretty sweet, but I personally don't feel like spending $7000 on anything at the moment.

The Japanese impress me with their shipping speed. Rarely ever see something take more than 3 days to get to me from japan. You order and it’s processed the same day.

Recently ordered some steering rack bushings from a company in LA. Took 9 days just to ship it. Arrived in a day because...shipped from LA.

He’s pretty much the reason I just cook steak on cast iron over the stove now. It’s just easier. The sear is good enough.

Decided to look it the back of one of my work desk filing drawers. Found my missing $50 rebate card from @Discount Tire Direct that I lost 3 years ago. Good thing I'm 2.5 years past the good thru date...:frusty:
