I'm guessing they have software that makes a best guess. Guess who gets the ticket? In other words, plate recognition is crude at best. Like I said, 4 or 5 9's should be the standard for accuracy since that seems to be what we're paying for.

 

I misunderstood you before. I agree, the image recognition software has along way to go. Hopefully they are using all the false identifications to retrain the image recognition models. Doubt it, but ideally they should.

 

Almanor west shore or peninsula. Haven't decided yet. I have a cabin rented for the summer logging season and think it's going to be a great spot.

 

I highly doubt it. Humans only look when you complain.
