    Well, poop. I thought 2" lift from the springs would be fine :( Should I yank out my leaf springs and put my old ones back in for now? What kind of shocks would you recommend then? I thought 2nd gens couldn't really run longer shocks unless you modified the hoop in the back.

    This makes me sad right now :(

    Hmm. Looks like I'm a bit of an idiot. My leafs are still stiff so I measured them wrong. If I shake my truck my bit, mark the shock and then jack the truck up, I get about 1.5" of travel on the driver side and 2" on the passenger side (taco lean?). Is this acceptable?

    You can't really measure uptravel correctly with an assembled leaf pack. Have to break it down to nothing more than the main leaf.
    But to set your mind at ease....it's fine...don't worry about it. Everything seems normal.
