October 8th is supposed to be the official day, its 2 lanes each way for about 2 miles then it goes into one lane each way at 55mph, there are like 3 stop lights total but no town to deal with lol, we are still working on it so eventually the whole thing will be two lanes each way it goes back into the old 65 down right past the sherridan rail road tracks

My sister is getting new wheels and has to take the tires off her old wheels and mount them to her new wheels along with a balancing and all that jazz. What's the average cost of this?

She was quoted 80. I thought it was low and she asked for the wrong thing. Figured transferring tires like that would be at least 100 or something.

She has the stock 17" forerunner wheels and some tires on them. I talked her into buying a set of SCS 17" wheels from Vin so she wants to keep her old tires and transfer them to the SCS wheels which is fine and dandy. So yeah, she'll need to balance them and all that shit as well. I figured that was a lot more work than $80.

This bypass is garbage until its 2 lanes the whole way, it's just going to bottle neck at the merge and that 1 jackass who drives 45 is gunna slow everyone down... I am going to like that I can pop right on to a 2 lane section right at ferrari ranch though, thats like 2 turns from my house and BAM I'm on the hwy. The sign at lincoln crossing says 5 Oct is the "celebration" I assumed that to mean grand opening celebration but I guess that can't be right if it's not officially opening until 8 Oct.

3 stop lights, and it becomes a 1 lane road for the majority until money is available for pahse 3 (makes it 2 lanes both ways), who knows when that will be...
