Laugh all you want. I went to Cars & Coffee before the Rona and I'd say there were 8 there. 3 of them still had the DMV window stickers in them.

 

They are definitely becoming more prevalent. I’ve noticed a lot more on the road now than I ever used to. I think they got smart with making a “more affordable” model and ramping up production... they seem to be selling boatloads of them now.

 

I think there's a dealer in Palo Alto where the old Volvo place was. They're cool cars but eh. If you cannot see out of them, not really practical.

 

Yeah, Steve at Southbay has been very helpful. And Bob, at Bobs Almaden Transmission and Auto Repair was awesome. Both in San Jose. Bob went above and beyond, considering he didn't charge me a dime, and I'm not a regular customer of his. I certainly would be if I lived down that way. If I go by that way again I'm going to drop off a case of beer.
