Other casualties are the spider gears, the carrier thing and the locker are all hosed.
The wheel bearings aren’t looking so great either.

I’ve got a ring doorbell but plan on doing Nest WiFi mesh router/pods. Deciding whether ring or neat cameras for outdoor cameras. Got over third acre I need to cover.

You're gonna need a watch tower. Might as well make it fire tower like and Air-B-N-B it.

I have to say that one of the reasons I went with a wired system was to avoid needing a third party to access my cameras. Or have cameras accessed by others “accidentally”.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
I went with Blink. Mainly because free storage on Amazon, and a really good app. I can set/arm/disarm with timers on the app. With more than 1 connection I can have multiple cameras arm at different times (front door/back door, garage, etc). It is really nice to just let the system operate without a ton of interaction.

I bought a new work truckthing.

    E310B3B2-308B-476C-BD74-512BE6F3E4CF.jpg

The last Jeep I owned was a 78 Cherokee Chief. That was 1995. The last Jeep truck I had was a 1950 Willyz in 1993-94. Needless to say, this feels a bit different than those...

Oh, and now that I’ve purchased a Jeep, when do I get mod status? :p

    Useful seatbelts is a start.

I sat in a CJ and was positive I’d get ejected.

That’s part of the Jeep initiation process.

I learned how to drive a ‘48 CJ2A when I was 12 out in the hills of Benicia. I was a scrawny little dirt rat and had to leverage my body by pulling on the steering wheel just to clutch in. It’s like driving a tractor. Factory 5.38’s, 60 hp and the Benicia breeze and I could do 50mph. Those were simpler times.

Anyone with a super white 2nd gen want to swap hoods? Looking for a non-scoop. I had swapped my OR hood for scooped years back and want to go back to mount a hood solar panel. PM, I can send photos.
