    The bolt itself is not what's stripped. The oil pan threads are. I believe the bolt is steel and the pan is aluminum with soft threads so I just tightened it too much.

    i would just get another pan, shouldn't be too expensive.

    damn! then i would just rethread that pan to a bigger bolt size and call it a day, 100 bucks for a motorcycle oil pan is bananas!

    its an early 90s yota pickup.

    i'm surprised how well that roof held up and that the door was actually able to open. Gives me a lil confidence in my hoopty untill i cage it next month.
