All that shit is part of owning a house and keeping the wife happy. I was perfectly fine with my shit kitchen I remodeled last year. The new one is way better but it was also a huge time suck. The wife wanted it so she got it. In the long run the price of the kitchen and my time was still cheaper then a divorce. lol

Wasn't even intersted in the idea of radiant floor on this one. The end goal is to not live in this house (or this State) in 2 years.

Lol... this goes way beyond typical home maint.

The wife wanted most of this, and so did I. It'll be nice, for now, when it's done. And should make the house much more desirable on the market.

If my wife and I didn't have as good a relationship as we do, this thing would be more likely to cause a divorce than save one lol.

@Uphillshunter saw this and thought of you because you lost some weights to the mud at Operation Sloppy Taco. They used gorilla tape to prevent loss of the weights when wheeling. Thought it was a pretty smart idea.
