Happy birthday. Fwiw you’re not officially old until the pain free days get outnumbered by the other days. After that it comes down to whether you wake up at all. This is your prime dude, make the most of it while you have the knowledge and still something in the tank to use it on.

Home alone today. Figured I’ll prep the sliders for paint. I left it out in the rain.

Question is....how do I bolt these on when the frame has no bolt holes.

    maybe just weld them on?

Today is a good day so a friend and I went for an easy mtb ride. Ended it well with a coffee and babe watching.

You gotta keep moving. As soon as you stop moving it’s over.
Pretty sure @Whitebutler has the keep moving thing down pretty well.

Anyone have any experience with 4x4 and more in Scotts Valley?
Looking to get upper control arms, front coilovers, and rear shocks installed with alignment.

Open to other shops in the Santa Cruz/Monterey County area that are recommended.

I just picked up my truck from Shaffer's Offroad in Alameda. They came highly recommended and it was worth the drive. They did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it and for the price we agreed. Also had them replace the steering rack. I'm doing the break-in still but as I said, they came highly recommended and since I know nothing about any of that, I am grateful for the recommendation.

When I can get the parts for the 4Runner, you can bet I'll be going back.
