Woodward reservoir is where we used to go in high school to party. Considering its only like 30 mins down the road from me.
Forsure somewhere id never return unless i had a wakeboat and just wanted to play in the water.

For those talking about Bowman, the forest service seems to be reinvesting money into that area due to the recent surge in popularity over the last few years. Forest service workers were taking note/license plates of people going "off trail", workers already posting up new "fire restriction" postings (although restrictions arnt active yet)... so tread lightly #blownoutbowman

Bowman is lower than ive seen it in quite a few years (at least this early), sawmill and faucherie are still full but theres almost no snow left so those will start draining soon too. Hopefully we get a good winter next year.

Any recommendations for a blue sea fuse panel bracket for the engine bay? need to get my aux electrical system started
I was going to go with https://overlandequipped.com/collec...it-for-2nd-generation-toyota-tacoma-2005-2015

but dont want to overpay for something i can piece together myself... and their bracket/tray doesnt look like it has enough room for me to stick half a dozen relays on there.

Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
Check out powertrays. They have a lot of configurations and much cheaper than most other options

How's about those Giants? Tauchman Grand Slam in the 8th takes a 2-4 game to 6-4. In the 9th, Crawford hits a 3 run homer and now we're at 9-4.

They've been keeping me happy and sane. Hopefully Kuiper's alright; it's hard to watch/listen to Giants baseball without him or Jon Miller on the call. His semi-planned absence definitely explains why they'd been having Shawn Estes call games intermittently throughout the season up to now, though.

I noticed Miller seemed to lose his way during the game-I was wondering whether that was just because they're always in SF and they don't always get the camera angles right away. Any way, with Kuip's situation, I do wish him the best. I like listening to them. I can't stand Estes-well, I'd rather have Miller/Kuip at least.

What a win! This is the first year in I don't remember where I'm not afraid with the Giants down in late innings. I was on the fence about Gabe Kapler initially but he's pulling rabbits out of hats!

He’s managing the team in a very different way. It seems like progression compared to Billy Ball. In years past, starters were starter all the time. This is the first time I’ve felt like the goal isn’t today; it’s the last game of the WS.

I should add that Farhan is doing the same thing but for the seasons.

Though I agree mostly I think Bochy played the game conservatively. Hats off to him for what he gave us with basically unimpressive teams. The 2002 World Series really shocked me. The Giants shoulda had it. On paper...everything. Nowadays teams like this one seem to be the recipe which is why I'm very tuned in.

They look dangerous throughout the lineup. Maybe not feared like some other teams but HR threats nonetheless. And Zaiti is doing it without adding big name players/salaries. Step one:be competitive again, check. We'll see how far that goes.

Zaiti is still looking at numbers related to performance. And so is the rest of baseball. But he’s not doing it the same way Billy Ball does. He might give Crawford a contract extension that’s in his favor where right now, Crawford is peaking and probably would bring a lot in a trade. Same with Posey. But he knows Buster is the man when he’s on the field-so he has backup and it’s like having two Busters on the team. Kap is managing the team for the long haul. Look at Longoria. He’s going to be out something like six weeks but the team hasn’t really suffered for it. Long term, resting players keeps them fresh and ready and come playoffs, I am hoping they are able to pour on the coals and steam right through.
