Anyone have a decent paint shop recommendation in the SF East Bay? Want to drop off the ARB bumper and have them give it a quick shot. Not powder coating, don't see the need to spend that kind of coin - its been on enough adventures with @2BeersPlease to give it some attention. I was going to rattle can the thing but just don't have the time to prep and then paint it.

I just got a quote from Maas Brothers Inc in Livermore, CA for $250 to paint a C4 hybrid front bumper.

Not bad at all. I'll give them a call. Did they give you a time frame? Decent turn-around time?

Didn't get a timeframe yet. It was an extra $100 to make it a powder coat though.

Ya, so fuck this heat. I got all the tires mounted and on the truck. The back is all good for the trail. I took it for a test drive and nothing rubs (I had it really over clearanced for my 33s) This will be good for a week. Hopefully next weekend will be cooler. My kids want to go shooting tomorrow... if I dive in to this shit now, I'll have basketball sized holes in my firewalls, I have to patch, and wont be able to take them.

Ha I didn’t take any pics of the gauntlet unfortunately. It wasn’t that bad this time though. Last time I went through it was ridiculously dig out from buggy’s coming Utica to alpine. Massive ledge. Found some really cool bonus lines. Went with my dad who decided he didn’t want to run his Jeep through till he changes wheel and tire setup and my buddy with a sealed ‘88 yota
