The thing is, he is a very well known and popular plastic surgeon. He just was installing a new type and didn't know how to with the incision she wanted. Long story short, the vendor for the product happened to stop by to talk to the doctor and the doctor invited him into the room while he was performing surgery and ASKED THE VENDOR HOW TO INSTALL THESE NEW TYPES. Ended up, you can't install them with that type of incision so he put the old style ones back in!!

It was all over the news a few years ago.

 

I think the biggest problem is cosmetic surgery is a money maker and finding the right surgeon is so important. It's sad that people end up like your plaintiff because of it.

Yeah I do remember hearing about that. However, she would have agreed to going with the new types. Me, I wouldn't try something new that's surgery. I'll stick to I know what works.
