I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
I would have turned around but not reached for my gun. I usually carry sob so I wouldn't want them behind me.

Why didn't you repost my response, Kyle? For the benefit of the others here, I'll do so.

It was posted in the "Guns & Hunting" subforum because self-defense is routinelly discussed there. It was intended to illustrate just how quickly odd incidents can occur as a further reminder to others, with an interest in self-defense, to constantly be aware of their surroundings. While that message was somewhat undermined by the attempts of some to criticize me, those distractions did keep the thread going much longer than expected, perhaps allowing a few more to view it.

You guys are sitting arround promoting threats ("we should all call him out like an angry mob" - lifesaflaw123) and harassment ("jsut taking turns sabatoging threads he posts" - TacoFMS) over a simple misunderstanding some time ago, and you think I have a disorder?

I have a much better idea. Why don't you guys let it go? The original message was posted more than a month ago, which I immediately deleted and apologized for. Despite that, you guys have posted dozens of messages (critical of me) since, in this thread, in other threads, and in other subforums.

Since the apology didn't satisfy you, what else do you (and the others) want from me, Justin? Do you and your friends want to beat me up? That's basically what "lifesaflaw123" advocated. Will that satisfy you? I'm an old man with a handicap, so that should be easy enough for all of you. Since my (religious) wife was at the core of my original message, perhaps you'll want to beat her up too. She's an old lady, with a handicap as well.

Whatever the case, the harassment, denigration, threats, and similar from you and your friends must stop.

if you took 5 seconds to pull your head out of your self righteous ass you would see that for the most part we just turned the entire incident into a joke within our "group" and that the vast majority of our posts in this thread that followed were merely sarcastic jabs that we were throwing at each other........ NOT YOU! but instead you would rather ride in on your high horse and continue to pass judgment on people you have never once met nor done anything to try to get to know them before passing such judgment. I believe i speak for the group (and if i dont speak for anyone out there feel free to tell me im wrong) when i say we just want you to go away. just stay out of our threads and keep your judgemental self righteous ass away from us. we tried to be nice and your supposed "apology" was nothing more than a few backhanded insults that you threw at us and tried to cover up by saying an apologetic word in the middle of the sentence. not an apology and not anything any of us cares to deal with. If you dont know us and you dont know sarcasm then its best to not act like you are better than us and try to use our sarcasm against us and play a pity card of you being an old man and handicapped. I for one dont care.
