Damn, the thread blew up this morning. A lot of catching up to do.

So, the garage will be open at 8 am, but you are welcome to join at anytime. If anyone wants to come earlier than that, maybe... The big job will be BamaToy's full lift, so we need to base garage/driveway time around it. I have a decent patch of concrete, so truthfully we could have 4 trucks up on jack stands at one time if needed, but I don't see the demand for that. I have 4 jack stands and a floor jack, so that would cover 2 trucks with wheels up at a time. If anyone has a 1/2 air driven impact, bring it please. I have compressed air but only a battery impact.

From B'ham. If you would be going through or close to malfunction junction, the best way is 65 up to Hartselle, take 36 until it ends at 231 and turn north to Huntsville. Alternatively is take 79/231 through Arab straight in to Huntsville. You will cross the river bridge and turn left at the 2nd red light onto Green Cove road. I will pm the remainder to everyone individually along with my phone number as we get a little closer. Just don't want to post publicly for anyone. For you Arab guys, since you are only 10 minutes away when you get to the Wavaho, you would be better to just come on instead of trying to meet up with the B'ham group.

Got a fresh set, to keep them so white, they generally only make it 6 months before they get retired to yard shoes.

My lift is by far not a necessity for the meet! I don't want to consume so much time that someone else doesn't get something done to their ride....especially anyone coming from the Bham area. I can always put my lift on at a different time. Now if there are a lot of guys that were planning on us doing the lift and are wanting to assist with it from a mere knowledge standpoint then I say lets do it so it can benefit the most people at 1 time. We can play it by ear if need be.

Also,@TacoAlaMode since you started this thread, it may be a good idea to add what everyone is bringing in terms of tools, jack stands, etc to their name. I have 2 socket sets, air tools, creeper, electrical wiring crap, and other stuff laying around the garage I can bring. Just a thought.

I'm interested in doing the lift from a learning standpoint. Didn't even get to do my own had the guys at the tire shop do it since I only got one to accommodate my tires. I also am bringing my UCAs if we have a chance to do them.

I have 2 creepers, so don't know if we need any more than that. Some of the electrical stuff could be handy if someone needs it, but I have small kit of crimp connectors and such. I have a side grinder and cutoff wheel and impact sockets for all of our truck needs. So we don't need to be too concerned with people loading up their garage to bring with them. But, you are more than welcome to bring anything you fill will be handy.

The extra jack stands wouldn't hurt. Air impact would be good. Electrical stuff would be good. Maybe an extra creeper if we do have 3 trucks up.

@BAMATOY, I think there are quite a few people who are interested in seeing the full "lift process", so lets plan on doing yours. If memory serves me properly, the rear is done with Coilsprings and not with a leaf pack??? That would be a little different, but still all good.

Also, may be putting my bumper on. It is painted, but I have the winch being shipped. I think I can wire it with the bumper and winch in place, but I know I can't get the winch mounted with the bumper already in place, so I need to wait for the winch to put my bumper on. I may start on it the Friday night before, but will need some hands to get it into place either that night or the meet day morning.

This was always the best central location that was pretty much on everyone's way. Grab a biscuit and hit the road.

All depends how early you guys want to get up. We can meet at the McDonalds, around 7....8 maybe?

I'm up at 5 am every morning for work, so whatever time works for me.

I just got this truck less than a week ago, so I don't have one installed yet. We all had them at one time, I'm sure at least a few still do.

So, thanks to seeing a lifted 4th gen 4Runner yesterday I am seriously debating on getting the Toytec 1" body lift to go with my 3" suspension:crapstorm:...I know body lifts are usually a no no but I also know that usually goes for 3" or something ridiculous. Anyway, I have an extremely slow Friday on deck today and that's not good for me when I'm mulling over a mod purchase. Oh well, at least I won't be able to blame it on impulse when I probably order it this afternoon:cheers:

Thought I saw JKU3000 this morning. Black first gen with the lightbar across the top, but didn't have the roof rack. Didn't have a chance to check out much other detail.
