So now that we called Matt out, where the hell has Judd and Daniel been? Might have to go and buy a recovery strap if Judd doesn't come. Any one know a decent place up here to get a 30 foot strap?

I'll check harbor freight tomorrow. Did you find those files at Hobby Lobby?

tractor supply for the win. They actually had a pretty wide selection when I went last. Years ago I bought a nice one from mikes merchandise of all places. It was six bucks and worked great til it got stolen.

I have tow ropes with me, but they are all metal hooks.

And no telling on judd and daniel. This is looking like its gonna be about six trucks again.

I'm starting to get nervous about installing these UCA's in hsv. It seems that everyone has to make at least one trip to get the alignment right and being that I don't live here, that will pose to be a problem for me. I'm leaving town on tuesday, leaving me only monday to get the alignment done and decide that its done correctly. Not to mention the only places I trust are either offroad shops, or recommended shops, and both are at least 30 minutes away from me here.

Can you not get the dimensions and instructions on how to do it ourselves? I'm sure we could do it if all else fails!

I think its better safe than sorry for me to do it in auburn. I'd hate to be almost 300 miles away if something happens. Besides, the place down the road from me in auburn is real good about listening to customers. Even if its new to them, they let me come in the back and help out. If i get enough research done, i'll be able to go back there and make sure its done right.

Yeah, If I had more time in HSV and lived closer to an alignment place, Id do it here, but I think i'm going to be smart and not let my anxiousness get the best of me on this one.

Kurt, I'll probably call you guys when I decide to do this cause I'll definitely need the extra hands.

Well if we aren't doing any serious mods, I'm down to redo my headlights. I just wanna pull the covers off and clean them. I've got a tad bit of fogging. Other than that I say we grill out and maybe play some beer pong or something
