Yeah, needed to get it cleaned so I can try and run my rock lights this week hopefully. Left a pile of dirt at the wash rack and a bunch in the driveway. I guess we may need to do a mod day at Lurry's.

That'd work. I could get this sPOD in and start running some wire.

The wheel bearing would require taking the axle to a machine shop. Might get my local indy mechanic/machine shop to quote me on it if I tear everything down myself and just bring them the axle for the bearing change.

Gonna pull the drum brakes open some time this week and just make sure one isn't adjusted too tight. That could cause a slight dragging sound when rotating the wheel as well.

i doubt you're going to catch a shark if your not going to fish off one of the big piers that go out into the ocean

What Jhodge said an out of state with saltwater stamp. Hit up skip jacks for the best bar in town. In Folly live shrimp, cut or small live shad do pretty well I've never had much success with squid fishing from the shore, clams are really good also you'll need to find a hole in the ground on the beach and dig in about 6'' or so and pull some up.
    Beautiful pier.
Great shark bait I caught a ~5 foot Atlantic Sharp nose at Edisto using a ray about 7" across. I'll post the pic if I can find it.
You may be best just walking because we don't drive on our beaches because, mainly, of the loggerhead population will begin migrating, mating, and nesting soon and because there is always so much traffic on the island. Good Luck I love fishing down there but if you catch something please be sure to warn anyone around you that you may have a shark on the line when bringing it in best to try to do it where there aren't many people around.

Edit: Unless you're going to keep everything you catch please use circle hooks they are harder to set in the fish but when you set it the fish will be hooked in the jaw/mouth area 9/10 times which is far less damage to the fish the if you were using a 'J' hook and got him in the belly because he will die within a few hours of being hooked in the gut no matter what whereas a circle hook he will live to grow bigger and make another man happy somewhere down the line. Also remember when fishing for shark wait about 10 seconds before trying to set the hook because they like to play with their food before putting it deep in their mouths and an early attempt at setting mean's you'll yank it right out and lose the catch.

ok i see more when i get down. can’t drink yet.( next year:D)

yes it is! i tripped and fell on it last april. lol(left my sandels down by 7th st) me and the brother parked down by 7th ST are last night. and found crab lol. walked the pier.

ik it sucks we can’t drive on the beaches. :( the place we are staying we can rent golf cart(s) so i think we are going to do that.

ok thanks for the heads up. i have never fished down their. just rivers and lakes around here. i am taking my good rod (7’ eagle claw with a gold eagle reel with 12lbs line) i have 2 other rods but both are shorter and one(smallest/real flexy rod i use for trout has like 6lbs line on it. the one i taking is my biggest and and stiffer than the others.
