    As in the food? No. It's just called a crescent moon. It symbolizes the crescent that was worn on the hat of our soldiers after we left the union. When they re-did the flag they wanted something to represent antebellum period because all the black people were, and some stupid people still are, offended because it reminded them of slavery. Also today is the Confederate Memorial Day.
