That sucks I had to do the same thing 2 years ago because I dislocated it from wrecking a dirt bike. It was sold before I woke up from the sleep meds.

Dude that blows. My gf needs hip surgery too. She was a gymnast her whole life and she no longer has any cartilage in her joint (I think that is right lol) and she dislocated her elbow 2 months ago when her bases dropped her ass from 30 feet in the air lol

I had to do like 2 hours then range of motion exercises then do pt so I'd be at the physical therapist office for 4-5 hours a day. They didn't want to chance it with me because the ball came out about 6 inches from the socket. At least you get handicap parking and get to ride the scooters.

Ouch...that sucks. I dont get handicapped parking  they delivered the CPM to my house. I am not allowed to drive for 2 weeks, and will start PT next week. I am sure that is going to be a blast. The DR said I can ride a stationary bike as much as I want though. I absolutely hate being locked down to the house like this.....

Gotta get that parking man! It'll be fun to get up and go but after a while when your body starts going back to normal it'll get boring real quick but just keep at it and you'll do fine. The only trouble I have now is I have to stretch my hip joints really good before doing lower body workouts or they'll be crying for mercy the next day. The funny thing is though that my right hip is the one I dislocated but my left hip is the one that gives me all the trouble.

I have heard of when you hurt one leg the other gets bad too from the compensating it has to do for the full load of body weight.
