    Linville gets ice. As does Doughton Park, Big Lost Cove, Whitesides Mountain, Hanging Rock State Park, Tons of stuff around Boone, Highway 215 north of Brevard, and many other areas.

    There's lots of ice to climb in NC...as long as you know where and when to look :D

    Gonna have to wait for conditions to be right again. We only got to climb from about 8 to 1 today....round 1PM it started getting too warm (40s) and we were getting a lot of icefall off the routes, a lot of running water behind the ice...being that the climbs are right in the fall zone, we headed out before something bad happened.

    Most of the lines were pretty thin, a lot of melting over the past couple days. Things are gonna need some time to grow and fatten up out there before the climbing's really good again.

    Forest road's pretty boring, it's well groomed this year, a little slick today with some frozen sections.

    Linville was super scenic, as always. I'm fucking tired...up @ 3:45 AM this morning to get rollin'...
