    well just got a quote from the shop in Wilson, they want 160 to remove my struts top caps and install them on the lift kits springs and struts, or i can buy new caps for 24 dollars a piece and just have a shop compress them and install them for 30

    Look at build!
    Its cheaper to get new top plate, might as well for piece of mind plus its cheaper that way & your old struts will still be complete so you could sell them as a swap right in sorta deal

    If this is just the rears, with the right tools it probably wont even take an hour to do both side, your not changing your shocks so drop it,slide it,bolt it and go.
