If there was a mod day or something soon, I'd be down. I know how to put some of it on but would like to have some helping hand since I haven't put a lift this magnitude on. :D especially since my whole kit is in pieces. Don't have a press or a spring compressor  my old truck had spacers and blocks, we all know how easy that is, compared to this.

Greg, we should meet up sometime in Waynesville, Sylva or something halfway, one day. Kinda bummed I missed the meet last month :(

I'm trying to set up a Charlotte area meet. Either a mod day or a meet and greet. I definitely don't have room at my house for a mod day but if someone does.... Speak up. The SC boys are planning one down towards Anderson, SC. If we don't have one, I might meet up with them. If we get some people in, I will make a poll to start this thing. Come on guys.

At this point I'm either going to call a shop and see if they can do the install or find some fellow TWers (any part of the state), to help. I just don't have the tools, like I said ill definitely need a spring compressor and press. Only tools I have is a small craftsman set from years ago, enough to tinker with stuff but nothing major.

Come on to Raleigh. We'll get you setup and have some eats. We've got garages, tools, and know how.

    Look at build!
Ive done them without a spring compressor, Theres a video on youtube about how to do it, its super easy and imo safer than the spring compressors cause the spindle and UCA shields everything if something were to go wrong.. actually ive done it this way in just under an hour by myself on an 04 DC

I wouldn't say that's the reason it's safer, but yes I feel it's safer. Those rental compressors are janky as all get out. I've done it this way on several trucks. (some multiple times)
